Terms of Service

Lumina Sauna & Spa offers a curated range of premium sauna and spa equipment, including but not limited to:

• Premium sauna timber boards: Myanmar Cedar, Hemlock, Abachi, Canadian Cedar, Finnish European Spruce, American Aspen, Yellow Cypress, and Redwood.
• Complete sauna rooms, steam rooms, infrared rooms, and bespoke spa enclosures.
• Sauna heaters, steam generators, and associated accessories from domestic and international brands.
• Swimming pool and aquatic spa equipment.

Product images and descriptions on our website are provided for illustrative purposes. Natural wood products may exhibit variations in grain, color, and texture that are inherent characteristics of the material and do not constitute defects.

All prices are quoted in the currency specified on the invoice or quotation document. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is that confirmed in writing at the time of order acceptance. Any currency fluctuation risk for international orders is borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We deliver domestically throughout China and export to customers worldwide. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon handover to the carrier or freight forwarder, unless otherwise specified in the sales contract. For export shipments, Incoterms shall be as agreed in the proforma invoice.

Installation services, where offered, are subject to a separate service agreement and are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.

To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photographic evidence. We will assess your claim within 5 business days of receipt.

Natural characteristics of wood -- including variations in grain, knots, color, and slight dimensional tolerances -- are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.

All content on our website and in our marketing materials -- including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, product designs, logos, and technical drawings -- is the exclusive property of Lumina Sauna & Spa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding our products or services may be used by us freely and without obligation or compensation to you.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with trusted service providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order or providing our services.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond those explicitly stated. It is your responsibility to ensure that products are suitable for your intended application and comply with all local building codes, safety regulations, and electrical standards in your jurisdiction.

We strongly recommend that installation of sauna rooms, electrical heating equipment, and steam generators be performed by qualified and licensed professionals. We accept no liability for damage, injury, or loss arising from improper installation or use.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For international transactions, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall apply where applicable, unless expressly excluded in the sales contract.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), or as otherwise agreed in writing.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
