Yes. ROC Sauna-Solution is an authorized agent for HARVIA sauna products in China, offering the full HARVIA electric stove and control unit range alongside our own manufactured product lines. This allows us to provide a comprehensive one-stop solution for complete sauna projects.

We supply kiln-dried premium timber in Spruce, Obeche, Hemlock, Western Red Cedar, Aspen and Pine. All wood is processed with anti-cracking and anti-corrosion treatments suitable for high-temperature, high-humidity sauna environments. Custom profiles, dimensions and surface finishes are available for wall panels, benches, floor boards and ceiling boards.

We serve clients in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia and Belt & Road markets. Our team is experienced in export documentation, HS code classification, and preparing compliance certificates for various destination markets. We regularly ship to Germany, Finland, the USA, Australia, UAE and Vietnam.

Standard production lead time is 20-35 days depending on order volume and customization requirements. Shipping time varies by destination: approximately 25-35 days to Europe, 18-25 days to Southeast Asia, and 30-40 days to North America by sea freight. Air freight options are available for urgent sample orders.

Absolutely. We welcome factory visits from qualified buyers and project partners. Our facility is located in Guangdong Province, China. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit and we will arrange a full production tour, product demonstration and business meeting.

We typically work on a T/T (bank transfer) basis: 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For established long-term clients, we may offer flexible payment arrangements. L/C at sight is also accepted for large orders. Please discuss your preferred terms with our sales team.
