Our heaters, steam generators and controllers are not rebranded catalogue items. We engineer them from the ground up, so a new model built to your specification is as available as one of our existing designs carrying your logo.

How a Branded Order Works
- 1. Enquiry — products, branding scope, target market and indicative volume, via the quote form, email or WhatsApp.
- 2. Quotation and terms — pricing, the minimum quantity for your branding level, and a sample plan. Kitty Zhou replies within 24 business hours.
- 3. Branded sample — we produce and ship a sample for your written sign-off, typically within 2–4 weeks. The approved sample becomes the reference for production and inspection.
- 4. Production — begins after sample approval and deposit. Lead time is confirmed at quotation and depends on branding level and volume.
- 5. Pre-shipment inspection — every batch is checked against the approved sample and documented with a photo report.
- 6. Delivery — FOB, DDU or DDP terms; export packaging meets ISPM-15. Payment by T/T. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
Certifications by Market
CE and RoHS certification is held by our own factory and covers the models we export to the EU. For North America, UL certification is available on our self-developed equipment. The United Kingdom requires UKCA marking and Australia/New Zealand require SAA approval; coverage for these markets is confirmed per model and per project. Tell us your target market and we confirm which certified models are available for your brand and how certification documentation is handled for branded units.

Can you put my logo on Harvia heaters?
No. Harvia products are supplied only as genuine Harvia with original branding. Branding is available on our self-developed heaters, steam generators, controllers, interiors and accessories.
Are your heaters and controllers your own designs?
Yes. ROC engineers its heaters, steam generators and controllers from the ground up, from concept and design through prototyping, testing and certification, and manufactures them in our own factory. We can develop a new model to your specification or put your brand on an existing design.
Is there a minimum order for branded products?
Yes, and it depends on the product and branding level. Logo-and-packaging orders start lower than full OEM orders with custom materials or features. Send your target volume and we will propose a branding level that fits.
Do I get a sample before production?
Always. A branded sample is produced for your written approval before any production deposit. Allow 2 to 4 weeks.
Who holds the certification for branded units?
Certification arrangements are agreed before production and documented with the shipment. We confirm the options for your target market at quotation stage.
Can I combine branded interiors with Harvia heaters in one order?
Yes. Mixed containers with your-brand interiors and genuine Harvia equipment are common.
How long does a branded order take?
The branded sample takes 2 to 4 weeks. Production starts after your approval and deposit; the lead time is confirmed at quotation and depends on branding level and volume.
Do you publish prices?
No. All OEM and ODM projects are quoted individually. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
