What lead time should dealers expect?
Stock items typically ship in 7 to 15 days. Branded products follow the OEM process: a sample for your approval in 2 to 4 weeks, then production with a lead time confirmed at quotation.
Which markets can dealers sell into?
We supply dealers in Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia and Belt and Road markets. Certification for your market, such as UL or ETL, UKCA or SAA, is confirmed per model before you order.
What payment and freight terms apply to dealer orders?
Payment is by T/T. Quotations are valid for 30 days, and sea freight is settled at the market rate at the time of shipment under DDP, DDU or FOB terms.
